Here you can find profiles of our BrainStore facilitators.
The BrainStore Facilitator's are experienced in the terms of methods, tools and process. However, different people have different styles. Think about what type of facilitator is now needed in your case.
Facilitation styles:
- cooperative and inclusive - style
- consensus oriented - style
- result oriented - style
- dictatorial (not recommended but in some situations needed)
All our facilitator have a short description of their style.
I like the satisfaction of seeing that essential things can be created in a relatively short time.
I accompany the group to create something together while leaving as much individual freedom as possible.
